The Green Growth 2050 Global Standard is based on a range of internationally recognised environmental and hotel industry sustainability standards.

These include:

GSTC_MEMBER_VERT_SignatureGreen Growth 2050 is a proud member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).   We support the GSTC mission of making all tourism more sustainable by increasing the reach of sustainable tourism practices to traditional, small, and large-scale operations and we endorse the principles of the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria (GSTC Criteria). Our Green Growth 2050 Global Standard for ensuring the environmental, socioeconomic, and cultural sustainability of hotels and tour operators has been recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.

 

ASEAN LogoRegional Standards are also covered including the new ASEAN Tourism Standards due for release in S.E. Asia in 2015 and the Trip Advisors Green Leaders Program currently operating in Europe and North America.
